My journey into the beauty industry started when at age 3 I would make the long trip everyday with my mum as she studied beauty therapy at Clydebank college where I would attend nursery.

I grew up watching her perfect her skills and eventually set up her own business and salon.

After studying prosthetics and beauty at college I soon joined my mum in her established salon in busby. Together, we studied semi permanent makeup and offering this treatment to clients became something I knew i wanted to further my career in.

Sadly in 2014 at age 50 mum passed away from cancer. It was a devastating loss not only did I lose my mum, my best friend but also my business partner. At the time I was 23, and looking back now I can see how much of a burden that was to take on. But I knew I could take on my mums legacy and build it into something I know she would be really proud of.
